The Appetizer I felt the appetizer had the perfect balance of flavor and crispiness. Usually, my impression of fried rolls is that they are greasy and that the fat tends to drip, but these had a really nice balance. There was no excessive greasiness, and you could taste all the ingredients and appreciate their individual flavors. The Special Soup The soup was very tasty, and the meat was flavorful. My impression of this kind of soup is that it is often either too salty or lacking in flavor. This soup, however, had the perfect balance. 

I like strong, complex flavors and want to feel like I can taste each individual ingredient, and I was very happy that this soup allowed me to do exactly that. 

The Service The service was professional, warm, and welcoming. He gave detailed recommendations and clearly explained the differences between the dishes and what to expect from each one. I ultimately went with one of his suggestions, but I am definitely going to try his personal recommendation next time! 

Overall This experience was a 10/10 for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone with an interest in Asian cuisine. I will definitely be coming back!
